Caden Alexander Jarvis

Just a few pictures. We're stuck at the hospital until tomorrow morning with lots of down time so if I don't get pictures up now before I get back home it might not happen. This is Caden. He was born at 2:05AM Tuesday October 30 at a giant 10lbs 22in and is already such a good baby. He's so sweet.

 Evelyn was so excited to meet brother Caden or 'brudder cadey' as she says but when the time finally came she got real shy. But was super excited about her new gown she got to wear to the hospital (she calls every shirt and dress a gown. she down know pants now and knows night gown, but shirts and dresses are both just gowns)

 she just stared for a long time. She brought baby Caden and rattle cow and couldn't quite get the nerve to give it to him

 Then  Evelyn decided she wanted to feed him...

and promptly back out of it and went to go run in the halls. We're so excited to go home tomorrow and see how she is with him where she's comfortable and I am looking forward to a good nights sleep tonight. Amanda and Jason and Sabrina (not sure about Devin) are coming this weekend as well as Stevens mom so we have a busy and fun weekend ahead of us. And if anyone out there is expecting or will someday have a baby or more babies, I got so many compliments on my 'designer' maternity hospital gowns. When I first saw the idea I thought it was silly but got to thinking about it and thought well i wanna look cute in my hospital pictures and not be all washed out by the ugle greyish bluish pinkish gowns and they were like $60+ to buy so I made them with this pattern and instructions and them made matching headband and hair clip (worked out to about $15 each).Seriously, the staff loved them and I feel cute and I'm strong believer that if you feel good about how you look you feel better in general and after being in labor and having a baby you need all the feel good you can get. More pictures to come. Since Evelyn pretty much hates her pictures being taken now a days im gonna have a hay day with Caden!
