Steven's Tri-Athalon

Steven did a tri-athalon this last weekend and won his division. The fat division he says. If your over a certain weight, you can enter the fatty division for races,and he was only ten pounds over, so he took first in his division, and 24th overall out of like 140 or something....he did really well. It was really cold though. The water for the swim was only about 50 degrees and the temperature outside was about the same.

This is him running to the transition area after the swim to get on the bike. If you look close you can see that he looks like he has a really bad sunburn line on his arms...no, it was that cold in the water. Everyone came out red.


Daisy made a friend while we were there too...

Just a tad bit bigger than her, but she totally tried to take him down. And yes...she is wearing a shirt, but we're not those kind of people who regularly dress up our pets. Me and a friend made shirts for ourselves to cheer on Steven and Kyle (who also did the tri-athalon) and well, we didn't want her to be left out. Daisy's shirt said "Yay Kyle and Steven" Rachels said "They Tri, I Don't" and mine said "Future Tri-Athlete On Board" across my belly and then to the side in a little voice bubble it said "Go Daddy!"

I tried to flip this picture in photoshop but it was taking too long, you get the point of the tee shirt even if it's backwards.
